First off I had no clue how this company works. I was told an address to go recycle my goods. The lady working the counter helped and gave me directions.... read more Next it was a young man/worker named (Robert) he was very professional and kind. Most of all very patient and answered every dumb question I had. I thank you for that Robert. Seems like people aren't as patient with us older folks any more, in this case it was opposite.
