First off I had no clue how this company works. I was told an address to go recycle my goods. The lady working the counter helped and gave me directions.... read more Next it was a young man/worker named (Robert) he was very professional and kind. Most of all very patient and answered every dumb question I had. I thank you for that Robert. Seems like people aren't as patient with us older folks any more, in this case it was opposite. If this company was smart they will keep this young man around for a long time. Thanks Robert for helping me and for me not regretting the experience. I will recommend to all family and friends.
